其實大部分都沒什麼問題，一點小地方：

: 1.xxx會議即將開始,請各位來賓關掉您隨身攜帶的行動電話,呼叫器
: 及鬧錶(我搞不太懂這是什麼...)
: 謝謝您的合作!
: 這裡我是直接翻 xxx Conference is going to begin,(自己覺得這裡好像用的不太恰當)
will begin shortly聽起來比較正式

: Please turn off your cell phone, beeper, and alarm watch(?)
鬧錶的翻譯正確，乾脆加一句：or any other
sound-producing device.

: Thank you for your cooperation.
: 2.首先,請幾位來賓為我們致詞
: First,let us welcome our honorable guests to give us their opening speeches.
(guest speakers) for opening remarks.
因為是致詞的所以可稱之為講者，開幕致詞可說remarks
give us可講可不講，因為想當然是對觀眾演講，建議
用for較為簡鍊

: 3.現在,讓我們請大會主席xxx進行Plenary speech並主持這場會議
: Now, we would like to welcome the session chair xxx to give us
: plenary lecture and direct(or host?) the conference .
建議改成：welcome the session chair xxx, who will deliver the
pleanry lecture and host/moderate this session.
moderate是引言人，要不要用要看
上述主席的角色而定

: 4.這場會議到此結束,請各位來賓至外面玄關享用點心. 下一場研討會議開始時間為10:10
: 地點在地下一樓,請準時入場
: This part of the session ends here, please enjoy some refreshments in
: the lounge(?)
: The next conference will begin at 10:10 in the basement floor first.
: We appreciate your attention to the time schedule, thank you very much.
This concludes our current session. Please enjoy some refreshments in
the hallway/lobby//near the entrance(視實地格局而定，lounge通常是一間休息室)

your punctuality.

: 5.今天下午會議結束後,5:40在大門口集合,有專車送各位貴賓到xxx餐廳享用晚餐
: After today's session, please proceed to the front gate by 5:40. There will
: be a shuttle bus for our guests to the resturant "xxx".
: We will serve you a delicious dinner and hope you enjoy it.
: Have a good time.
...to the resturant "xxx" for a hearty dinner.

: 6.謝謝各位來賓參與
: Again, we would like to thank you for your participation,and wish you a
: fruitful session.
: Have a good evening.
Have a lovely/wonderful evening可能聽起來更尊敬些
